Baking with Honey Info

Use Cox Honeyland's pure raw honey for up to half of the sugar in the recipe.

For each cup of refined sugar called for, ⅓ to ½ cup honey can be used (exact amount depending on personal preference)

For each 1 cup of honey used, reduce liquid in the recipe by 1/2 cup and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Reduce oven temperature by 25 °F when substituting honey for sugar.
