Honey Strawberry Jam

2 lbs. fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1/2 c. Cox Honeyland's Mountain Honey
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
In a large pot, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens (about 20–25 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
