Honey Peach Butter

5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

1/2 c. Cox Honeyland's Clover Honey

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
In a saucepan, cook peaches over medium heat until soft, about 15 minutes. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Add honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Simmer the mixture on low for 30–40 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Store in jars and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
