Honey Apple Chutney

4 apples, peeled, cored, and diced

1/2 c. Cox Honeyland's Sweet Heat Honey

1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30–35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Cool before transferring to jars. Serve with cheese or meats, or enjoy as a spread.
