Honey Pear Galette

  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cox Honeyland's Clover Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out the pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange pear slices in a circular pattern, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges. Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts if using. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, pleating as needed. Brush the crust with beaten egg. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are tender. Cool slightly before serving.
