Honey Panna Cotta with Berries

2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Cox Honeyland's Wildflower Honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. water
- Fresh berries for garnish
Heat cream, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan until warm. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to the cream mixture. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Serve with fresh berries.
