Honey Baklava
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. chopped pistachios

1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. Cox Honeyland's Orange Honey

1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water

1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer phyllo dough in a 9x13 pan, brushing each sheet with butter and sprinkling with nuts and cinnamon. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Combine honey, sugar, water, and vanilla in a saucepan, simmering for 5 minutes. Pour syrup over baklava and let cool before cutting.
