Honey Almond Cake
- 1 1/4 c. almond flour
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Cox Honeyland's Clover Honey
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine and pour into a greased 8-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool before serving.
