Banana Yogurt Shake
- 1 ½ c. 2% milk
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 c. low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- ¼ c. Cox Honeyland Clover Honey or Huckleberry flavored Honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- 5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender. Mix until smooth. Add ice to the blender and blend until creamy.
