Honey Lemon Cheesecake Bars
Crust:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. Cox Honeyland's Clover Honey
Filling:

16 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. Cox Honeyland's lemon creamed honey

1/4 c. sugar

2 eggs

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crust ingredients and press into an 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat filling ingredients until smooth, pour over the crust, and bake for 25 minutes or until set. Chill before serving.
