Unfiltered and unpasteurized, exactly as it comes from the hive. Buckets are food-grade with a resealable lid, so honey stays fresh through the last scoop.
Sizes run from 2.5 lb for the household that goes through a lot of honey up to 60 lb for commercial kitchens, bakeries and wholesale buyers. Buying by the bucket brings the per-pound cost well below jar pricing at every size.

A note on crystallization: raw honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers. It has not gone bad. Set the bucket in warm water to return it to liquid.
